This is the informational page for my personal, single-user SMS notification system. I operate a small hobby project that sends automated text-message alerts and replies — things like home automation status, reminders, and task confirmations — from my own application to my own phone number.

I am the sole operator and the sole recipient. This system is not a business, does not market anything, and does not send messages to anyone other than me.

Privacy Policy

This messaging program sends automated notifications exclusively to its owner's personal phone number. No other individuals can be enrolled.
No personal data is collected from third parties. No mobile numbers, contact information, or message content belonging to anyone other than the owner is collected, stored, sold, or shared.

Message logs are retained privately by the owner solely for operating and debugging the system.

Information We Collect

How We Use Information

Information collected through the Program is used solely to deliver personal notification, reminder, and conversational messages to enrolled members of the Program. We do not use participant information for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes of any kind.

SMS Consent and Mobile Information Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties, affiliates, or lead generators. Information sharing is limited exclusively to messaging platform service providers (e.g., our SMS delivery provider) acting solely on our behalf to deliver Program messages, and only to the extent necessary to provide that service.

Opting Out

You may opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP to any Program message. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP to any message for assistance.

Data Retention and Deletion

Opt-in records and phone numbers are retained while you remain enrolled in the Program and as required for messaging compliance recordkeeping. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting [contact email].

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued participation in the Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Schwarz Family Notifications SMS messaging program (the “Program”).

1. Program Description

The Program is a private, non-commercial personal notification and family messaging service operated solely by [Registered Sole Prop Name]. The Program sends automated personal alerts and reminders (for example, home automation notifications and household or schedule reminders) and supports two-way conversational messaging among a closed group consisting of the account owner and invited family members.

The Program sends no marketing or promotional content, contains no third-party content, and does not send messages on behalf of any other person or business. Enrollment is by personal invitation only and is not available to the general public.

2. Opting In

Invited family members enroll either by texting the keyword JOIN from their own mobile phone to the Program number, or by giving verbal consent directly to the Program operator as described on our SMS Verbal Opt-In page.
